Probably the most important paper I ever wrote.
As we — as individuals, organizations, and nations — spiral into the COVID-19 black swan change — we must act. To act, we need to make decisions, and for that, we need a “way”, a framework, a model — a language to think about the future.
The “Three New Normals (3NN)” is such a language — designed to pierce the fog of uncertainty.
