The Institute for National Security Studies (INSS) mourns the untimely passing of our friend and colleague Col. (ret.) Dr. Shmuel (Shmulik) Even.
In the memory of a senior researcher at the institute, the INSS holds a conference on July 6, 2021, from 16:00-18:00. The conference will focus on two topics that were central to Shmuel’s research and practice: the intelligence community and the defense budget.
