So today I had a MAJOR bug on my web site. I could not see it. Luckily, I have Google support (yes I actually pay for it). After a quick review of the Google apps manages web site, I found my PIN code and the 800 telephone number. I called.
After 2 min, I got the voice of Carmen (probably from Ireland). She was very nice… and after few asking for few details.. asked for my problem.
I explained that my site has stopped working… when I tested it with her.. it came back alive (must have been a small DNS issue).
So what is my point: First, cloud services does not mean free, it does make sense to pay for service… and Google service in this case works. π good day for computer-land.
