On February 28, 2023, Prof. Yesha Sivan led a Blue Ocean workshop for local municipal leaders. The program titled The Challenges of Local Leadership in The Digital World was held at the Shlomo (Cheech) Lahat Institute for Local Government at Tel Aviv University and included a lecture about the AGI Elephant and a Blue Ocean workshop where the participants experienced new ways of thinking and bringing ideas into implementation.
